2. Services Provided

  • Hotel Reservations: We help in securing accommodations for various travel destinations.
  • Visa Assistance: We offer guidance and support in visa application processes.
  • Medical Tourism: We arrange travel for those seeking medical treatment abroad.
  • Holiday Packages: We design customized holiday packages to suit individual preferences.

Please note that all services are subject to availability, and Care Fly BD cannot guarantee the availability of specific flights, hotels, or packages at all times.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

When you make a booking through Care Fly BD, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. Inaccurate information may result in delays or cancellations. You agree to review all details of your booking carefully before finalizing your reservation.

3.2 Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to payment of the total price quoted at the time of booking. Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, debit card, or other methods as specified by Care Fly BD. Full payment is required for services to be confirmed.

  • Deposit: Some bookings may require a deposit at the time of reservation. The deposit amount and payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Final Payment: The balance of the total price must be paid in full by the specified deadline.

Failure to pay the required amount within the deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking. Care Fly BD reserves the right to cancel bookings in such cases without notice.

3.3 Pricing

Prices for services are quoted in the relevant currency, and they are subject to change based on availability, seasonality, and fluctuations in currency exchange rates. All prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Care Fly BD in writing or through the contact details provided. The following cancellation charges apply:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure: Full refund, less any non-refundable deposits or third-party cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to departure: No refund.

Please note that flights, hotels, and holiday packages may have their own specific cancellation policies, which will override Care Fly BD’s general cancellation policy where applicable.

4.2 Amendments

If you wish to make changes to your booking, Care Fly BD will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Airlines, hotels, and other service providers may impose fees for changes to bookings.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy mentioned above. Any refunds due will be processed within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required documentation, for the entire duration of their trip. Care Fly BD provides visa assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval. Visa requirements vary by destination, and travelers must check with the relevant embassy or consulate for the latest information.

Failure to present valid travel documents may result in denied boarding or entry, and Care Fly BD cannot be held liable for any such instances.

6. Travel Insurance

Care Fly BD strongly recommends that all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other travel-related risks. While Care Fly BD may provide recommendations for travel insurance providers, it is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain suitable coverage.

7. Liability

Care Fly BD acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators. While we strive to ensure that all services provided meet high standards, Care Fly BD is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or issues arising from third-party services.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.
  • Hotel availability issues or changes.
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during travel.
  • Injuries, accidents, or illness occurring during the trip.
  • Any force majeure events, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest, that affect travel plans.

8. Force Majeure

Care Fly BD shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor strikes, epidemics, and governmental regulations.

In the event of force majeure, Care Fly BD will make reasonable efforts to assist in rescheduling or finding alternative arrangements for affected travelers.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Care Fly BD values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information, such as names, contact details, passport information, and payment details, to process bookings and provide services. We may share your information with third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels) for the purpose of fulfilling your travel arrangements. We will not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

11. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Care Fly BD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any updates to the Terms and Conditions.
